| On September 11, 2009 Jim went into cardiac arrest while on the operating table. He died. CPR was performed for five minutes. He was revived, but was unstable and in a coma for the next few weeks. His organs sustained a lot of damage. Miraculously, he pulled through. When he was able to talk, he told of being on the other side. He said, "It's there... It's real." Jim had this tune in his head and words to go with it. Here's...

[Verse 1]
The day that I died, I met Jesus;
We walked and we talked a little while;
He then put His strong arm around me,
and said, "Let's sit here awhile".
We sat on a rock on a hillside,
where He told me of things never seen;
He showed me the beauty of Heaven,
and the mansions He built by His hands.
[Verse 2]
The day that I died, I met Jesus;
I asked Him of family left behind;
He said "I have sent them my Spirit,
tell them take comfort in Him."
"He'll dry all their tears by His Power,
and my Father will comfort them too;
Just tell them that all things are new here;
There's no sickness nor sorrow or pain."
[Verse 3]
The day that I died, I met Jesus;
He asked me to write Him a sweet song,
a song for the Father and Angels,
to bring all Glory to God.
He then put His Hands on my shoulders,
and He said, "I've just one thing to ask:
When I send you back to your family,
tell all others my coming is near,
all will see Me appear in the clouds."
